This is a really crucial scene in the story, where the Guardian council formally announce Phantom as one of their ranks, initiate him (merge him with "the angel") and introduce him to his protected one (Pacifica). Phantom is in purple (the prettiest damn boy I've EVER drawn!! I should just make him a girl and make this a lesbian love story and be done with it, huh), Guardian council members are in red, Pacifica is blue, and Venus is greenish. I have no idea why I drew it in these colors O_O
