On Tower Duty - character study

I. Adore. This. Sketch. I ADORE IT!! No, it's not fantastically good in terms of technicality, but I so rarely pull off a good sketch with characters other than Phantom and Pacifica in center stage, and I ~LOVE~ Arbiter and Frostbite in this. Arbie just has a wonderful presence, kind of like a big huggable bear =) And Frostbite is being an aloof demi-asshole as usual, hahaha. This whole sketch just screams "cuuuuuute" and well, I'm a sucker for cute.
